Membership Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Culips, we want you to enjoy your membership. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for our paid memberships.

1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your membership at any time from your Culips account settings or by contacting us at privacy@culips.com.

When you cancel:

  • You will continue to have access to Culips Premium content until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your membership will not renew, and no future payments will be charged.
2. Refunds

Because you get full access to our digital content immediately after subscribing, we generally do not offer refunds for past payments.

However, you may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You are an EU/UK resident and request cancellation within 14 days of purchase (right of withdrawal), unless you waived this right at signup.
  • A duplicate or accidental charge occurred — we will correct this.
  • There was a technical error that prevented you from accessing Culips after purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at privacy@culips.com with:

  • Your name
  • Email used for your Culips account
  • Date of purchase and amount charged
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and reply within 5 business days.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make major changes, we will notify you by email or post a notice on our website.
